New Hub Roles
We've expanded the hub role system to give you more granular control over what members can do in your Training Center. Instead of a single Admin/User distinction, you now have three roles:
Admin — full access to all Programs, hub settings, and user management
Manager — can create and duplicate Programs, but only accesses Programs they own or have been invited to
Default — base role for all hub members; can only access Programs they've been explicitly invited to

Learner Access for Programs
You can now invite learners directly to a Program from the new Participants tab — without giving them any access to the editing interface. This replaces the previous collaborator workflow and introduces two distinct access types at the program level:
Contributor — can view and edit the Program, configure simulations, and access all participant analytics
Learner — can run simulations and view their own results only, with no visibility of the editing interface
Learners are automatically added to your hub with Default rights when they accept a program invitation, so there's no need to manage them separately at the hub level.
