2.11.0 User Roles & Learner Access

Release 2.11.0 - June 4 2026

Written by Elie Mietkiewicz

New Hub Roles

We've expanded the hub role system to give you more granular control over what members can do in your Training Center. Instead of a single Admin/User distinction, you now have three roles:

  • Admin — full access to all Programs, hub settings, and user management

  • Manager — can create and duplicate Programs, but only accesses Programs they own or have been invited to

  • Default — base role for all hub members; can only access Programs they've been explicitly invited to

Learn more about those roles.

Learner Access for Programs

You can now invite learners directly to a Program from the new Participants tab — without giving them any access to the editing interface. This replaces the previous collaborator workflow and introduces two distinct access types at the program level:

  • Contributor — can view and edit the Program, configure simulations, and access all participant analytics

  • Learner — can run simulations and view their own results only, with no visibility of the editing interface

Learners are automatically added to your hub with Default rights when they accept a program invitation, so there's no need to manage them separately at the hub level.
