Overview
Once your Program is ready, you can invite learners directly from the hub. Each learner gets personal access to run the Simulations in the Program, and their results are tracked individually — without them ever seeing the editing interface.
How to Invite Learners
Open your Program and go to the Participants tab
Click Add Learners
Enter one or more email addresses — you can paste a whole list at once, for example directly from a spreadsheet
Click Send Invitations
Each person will receive an email with a link to access the Program. If they don't have a Wonda account yet, they will be prompted to create one before they can start — the process takes less than a minute.
What Learners Can and Can't Do
Once accepted, learners can:
Browse and launch all Simulations in the Program
Receive their AI feedback report after each Simulation
Repeat Simulations as many times as they like
View their own performance history and progress
Learners cannot:
Access any editing interface or program settings
View other participants' analytics or reports
See or modify the AI character configuration or assessment criteria
Managing Your Participant List
The Participants tab gives you a full view of everyone with access to the Program. From there you can:
Change a participant's access type — promote a Learner to Contributor if they need to help edit the Program, or move a Contributor back to Learner if their editing role is complete
Remove a participant — immediately revokes their access to the Program
A Few Things to Know
No hub account required upfront. You don't need to add learners to your hub before inviting them. When they accept a Program invitation, they are automatically added to your hub with Default rights — meaning they only ever see the Programs they have been explicitly invited to.
Any Contributor can invite learners. You don't need to be an Admin or Manager to invite learners to a Program you contribute to. Your colleagues co-authoring the Program can do it too.
Prefer LMS-based deployment? If your institution uses Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard, you can also deploy Programs through your LMS using LTI — learners then access Wonda directly from their course page without a separate invitation. See LTI Integration for setup instructions (require Admin access).
