Overview
Wonda Pro uses two levels of roles to control what people can do in your training center: hub-level roles, which define what a user can create and manage across the hub, and program-level access, which defines how a user interacts with a specific program.
Hub-Level Roles
When inviting someone to your Training Center, you assign them one of three roles:
Admin Full control over the hub. Admins can access and edit all Programs, create new Programs, manage all hub settings, and invite other users at any role level including Manager and Admin. Admins always join Programs as Contributors by default.
Manager Managers can create new Programs and duplicate existing ones, but can only access Programs they own or have been explicitly invited to. This is the right role for faculty members or L&D professionals who need to build and manage their own content independently.
Default Default is the base role for anyone in the hub. Default users cannot create Programs and can only access Programs they have been explicitly invited to. This is the appropriate role for both learners and collaborators who work within specific programs rather than across the hub.
Note: In practice, the Admin panel is the right place to invite Admins and Managers only. Default users are best invited directly through a Program — they are automatically added to the hub with Default rights when a program invitation is sent to them.
Program-Level Access
Each person invited to a Program is given one of two access types, independently of their hub role:
Contributor Contributors can view and edit the Program and its Simulations. They have access to all program settings, AI character configuration, assessment criteria, and the full Program analytics for all participants. Use this for co-authors, instructional designers, or subject matter experts working on content creation.
Learner Learners can access and run Simulations within a Program, but have no visibility of the editing interface — no access to program settings, simulation configuration, or assessment criteria. Learners can only view their own analytics. This is the primary way to give students or trainees access to your programs without sharing a public link.
Note: Admins always join Programs as Contributors. Managers and Default users can be invited as either Contributors or Learners.
