Adding Contributors to a Program

Invite colleagues to co-edit a Program and collaborate on Simulations

Written by Elie Mietkiewicz

Overview

You can invite Contributors to any Program you have access to — whether they're fellow faculty members, instructional designers, or subject matter experts. Contributors can edit the Program and its Simulations, configure AI characters and assessment criteria, and access the full analytics for all participants.

How to Invite Contributors

  1. Open your Program and go to the Participants tab

  2. Click Add Contributors

  3. Enter one or more email addresses — you can paste a whole list at once, for example directly from a spreadsheet

  4. Click Send Invitations

Each person will receive an email with a link to join the Program. If they don't have a Wonda account yet, they will be prompted to create one before they can access the Program.

What Contributors Can Do

Once invited, Contributors can:

  • View and edit all Simulations in the Program

  • Configure AI character settings and assessment criteria

  • Access Program settings

  • View analytics and feedback reports for all participants

  • Invite additional Learners or Contributors to the Program

Managing Your Participant List

The Participants tab gives you a full view of everyone with access to the Program. From there you can:

  • Change a participant's access type — switch a Contributor to Learner if their editing role is complete, or promote a Learner to Contributor if they need to help build content

  • Remove a participant — immediately revokes their access to the Program

A Few Things to Know

No hub account required upfront. You don't need to add Contributors to your hub before inviting them. When they accept a Program invitation, they are automatically added to your hub with Default rights.

Any Contributor can invite others. You don't need to be an Admin or Manager to invite Contributors to a Program you contribute to — but you can never grant a higher access level than your own.
