The Simulation Editor follows a simple step-by-step process for creating simulations. There are four main components to a simulation: General, Location, AI Character, and Assessment.
General: Covers the general information about the simulation, the optional introduction, and the optional Learner Brief.
Location: Define the environment in which the AI Character finds itself.
AI Character: This is where you create the avatar with which the learner interacts with (there could be multiple within a program); AI Characters are composed of the following key attributes:
Identity
Appearance
Prompt (this includes instructions for their personality and information about which role they will have in the simulation)
Assessment: The instructions/rubric used to assess the learners competencies are defined here. The LLM will use these to provide learners with feedback on their performance.
